Most items are shipped as standard ground UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service) however these options are not available for all orders qualifying for "Free Shipping" offer and during our "Free Shipping" promotions. Ship methods will be sole discretion of Nikky.

·         USPS Standard takes an average of 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

·         UPS Standard takes an average of 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

·         All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via air with an service method upgrade.

·         All orders are processed and shipped out of California.

* Note: UPS does not offer standard delivery on Saturdays. FedEx & USPS does offer Saturday deliveries.

·         Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the following business day. (No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday)

·         Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)

·         Orders placed during major holiday might experience 1-2 business day delays, exception to guaranteed delivery offers.

·         UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO boxes.

·         Packages sent to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO must be sent via USPS, no exceptions.

In order to be eligible to make a hassle-free return for refund or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item you are interested in returning must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging. *All costs related to shipping are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective, damaged or was sent in error.
